Procedure:
I make this correction Order pursuant to the authority provided under Section 39 of the Organisation of Working Time Act which allows me to amend a material particular in a Decision which has already issued and which requires an amendment.
This Correction Order must be read in conjunction with the previous decision issued (Adjudication Reference: ADJ-00005102) on the 15th of May 2017.

The Complainant gave evidence to the effect that he had worked with the Respondent construction company since in and around the 1st of January of 2012.

The Complainant gave evidence to the effect that he had worked with the Respondent construction company since in and around the 1st of January of 2002.
Where the decision of the 15th of May 2017 reads:
I found the Complainant to be a reliable witness and accepted the evidence he adduced. in light of the foregoing it is appropriate that the adjudicator find that the complainant was made redundant at the end of a long and protracted period of lay off. The Adjudicator finds that the Complainant had:
A start date of - 1st of January 2012
An end date of - 13th of May 2016
Gross weekly wage of €600.00
The necessity to have made the appropriate Social Insurance payments has been explained to the Complainant.
